For your £40/month base pay, we ask you to:

- Join us for a podcast interview to share your design journey.
- Post 2 social posts per month in the Swwwift Nest.
- Post 2 social posts per month on your personal profile, featuring:
- One thing that happened in the Flock.
- #CreativeFriday insights or inspirations.
How you’ll earn

- 3 Fledgling sign-ups = £19.02/month commission + £40 base pay = £59.02/month
- 5 sign-ups = £71.70/month

Swwwift Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By participating in the Swwwift Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Swwwift Technologies Ltd.
2. Ambassador Status
- Ambassadors are not employees of Swwwift Technologies Ltd.
- As an ambassador, you are considered an independent contractor and will not be entitled to employee benefits such as holiday pay, sick pay, or pension contributions.
3. Payment Terms
- Ambassadors will receive a base pay of £40 per month for completing the required tasks outlined in the ambassador program.
- In addition to the base pay, ambassadors are entitled to receive 40% commission on every designer who signs up via their unique referral link.
- Payments are made once per month upon receipt of a valid invoice submitted to Swwwift Technologies Ltd.
4. Program Adjustments
- The base pay amount and commission structure may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of Swwwift Technologies Ltd.
- The ambassador program may be terminated at any time with immediate effect.
5. Notice Period
- Swwwift Technologies Ltd reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s base pay with 30 days’ written notice.
- Ambassadors must provide 30 days’ notice if they wish to step down from the program.
6. Ambassador Responsibilities
To receive the base pay, ambassadors are expected to complete the following:
- Create a one-off 30-second video about the Swwwift Flock.
- Participate in a podcast interview sharing your design journey.
- Post 2 social posts per month in the Swwwift Nest.
- Post 2 social posts per month on your personal profile, featuring:
- One thing that happened in the Flock.
- CreativeFriday insights or inspirations.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in non-payment of the base pay.
7. Invoicing
- Ambassadors must submit a valid invoice to Swwwift Technologies Ltd by the last day of each month to receive payment.
- Payments will be processed within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
8. Liability
- Swwwift Technologies Ltd is not liable for any financial losses, tax obligations, or legal issues resulting from your participation in the program.
- Ambassadors are responsible for declaring their earnings to the relevant tax authorities.
9. Confidentiality and Conduct
- Ambassadors must represent the Swwwift brand in a positive and professional manner.
- Ambassadors may not disclose any confidential information provided by Swwwift Technologies Ltd.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By joining the Swwwift Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
