Hi everyone. As you probably know, by now, I'm Ryan, founder of Swwwift. And today I'm going to be meeting Lizzie from Bizzie Media. Before I bring her on, I just really wanted to give you a quick intro to what Swwwift is again and why we have brought it to market. So firstly, Swwwift is a few years in the making.

We've been trying to come up with a platform that will help many marketing people come up with a new solution and a revenue making website business that can be simple, super easy, super cheap, and can be rolled out without having developers to hand, as Swwwift comes with all the support you need. That’s why we’re really excited, we’re so so close now. So I'm just going to bring in Lizzie and she can tell you her story. She has recently joined the team as a Swwwift expert because of her success with a Swwwift product before we launch it to you and the world. So let's bring it.

Lizzie

I've been using Swwwift products for about a month and a half now. So I've set up my own website with it and I've actually already sold three websites to clients.

Ryan

So can you just tell me a little bit about your background in terms of how you come to use Swwwift?

Lizzie

I've always really been interested in the design aspect of websites, but the coding process really confuses me. And I wanted to jump on board straight away as you don’t need any coding experience.

Ryan

That's exactly what we wanted to hear. So, why have you chosen websites to start really?

Lizzie

It gives you that much more of a profit stream. I already offer social media marketing to my clients, so if I'm making their channels look great but their website doesn’t match it's infuriating for me. My clients will come to me and say ‘can you do websites as well?’ Then I'm relying on other people who can’t get work completed as quickly as I can. So it cuts out the third party if I can offer websites directly for my clients.

Ryan

So how many websites have you sold so far?

Lizzie

I've already sold three. One has just been launched and others in the pipeline, it’s been great! I’ve just got to work on those three and I’ve only been doing it for a month and a half!

Ryan

That's amazing. So do you feel completely confident about sort of selling Swwwift and using it as a platform for your clients?

Lizzie

Absolutely. It’s so easy to input all of my client’s content once you guys send me over the website as everything’s ready to go and it’s really smooth – I know exactly what I’m doing. The help space is really good as well, the hints and tips on how to add content make it easy to use and it’s easy to navigate. You know exactly where one section is, all the pages, how to add pages. It is really straightforward.

Ryan

Lizzie is actually now a Swwwift Expert because she's shown ability and enthusiasm to use the platform. We’re looking for Swwwift Experts around the country that can actually help build the brand. So if you've liked what you've heard from Lizzie and you can do it for yourself, Liz is going to be around. So Lizzie, how did you overcome the problems you've got with your current supplier compliance? What are the problems you came up against when you were selling websites?

Lizzie

From developers? The timing. So I would go to the developer and say, you know, we've got however long we want it done by three or four weeks and they've gone, ‘Oh, we've not got the capacity.’

Then you go to another developer who is really slow or they only work between 10 o'clock at night and three o'clock in the morning that you never available readily available. If my clients then have any issues with the website, they obviously come to me and I have to go to the developer. But again, it's, ‘I haven't got the capacity.’ I've got to wait for another five days before something's fixed. So it’s much better to be able to control it myself. When I need advice you’re there. If i need help or i’m not sure where to find something you always respond within a few hours, so it's so much better.

Ryan

So you've got the live chats coming as well. So when we launch, you will be able to get anything you want immediately. We're really going to concentrate on our support for our clients. So how many, how many websites are you hoping to sort of sell in the next sort of 12 months?

Lizzie

I'd like to do at least two a month, because of the way it works, obviously you get the website by the time your client has given you all of the content. If you're writing the content that obviously takes time, but from the setup of you sending me the website and for me and seeing it can take a good couple of weeks to actually input would be imagery or content. So out of the concept forms and stuff like that. So if I can do one every two weeks, I'd be really happy.

Ryan

Okay. So you're achieving that safe, aren't you?

Lizzie

Yeah!

Ryan

It's good, Isn't it? So who do you think the ideal person is to use Swwwift? Who do you think it suits the most?

Lizzie

Generally all marketing people. It is pretty much drag and drop and obviously I've heard my clients when they're using things like Wix websites, you know they have issues with things like Google analytics. WordPress sites that are properly coded by you guys to give us that additional SEO value for my clients, so iit makes it a lot easier.

Ryan

Yeah that's excellent! So moving forward, what's going to be your strategy in selling these websites? How are you going to speak to your contacts? Who are you going to reach out to first and how are you going to get them engaged and to start selling websites?

Lizzie

I think I need to go through all of my older clients and go back to them and say, look, how are you getting on with the website? I know who built it for you with a third party developer, and I know I've got notes of people with pain points with that. So if I can then get them moved over to me and then I can just manage it all,I've got total control with these websites.

Ryan

And it also gives your client peace of mind that if they trust you that you can actually take control. So they haven't got to deal with lots of different people. You're doing a great job so far and that's one of the reasons why you're coming on board as a Swwwift Expert. So I'm just finished off guys.
