1. Password and Security

• 1.1 You must keep any password and login details confidential and must not disclose them or share them with anyone.
• 1.2 If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should reset it immediately.
• 1.3 If you have any concerns, contact us.

2. Acceptable Use and the Purpose of the Community2.1 The purpose of the community is to provide a platform to allow member-to-member engagement and to allow members to discuss common issues and topics based on the category name and topic title.2.2 We permit you to use the Community only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to Swwwift Technologies Limited’s services.2.3 Use of the Community in any other way, including any unacceptable use set out in this Agreement, is not permitted.

3. Community Discussion Rules

3.1 You agree to at all times:

• 3.1.1 Be respectful of others who use the site.
• 3.1.2 Comply with all applicable laws.
• 3.1.3 Not engage in any anti-competitive conduct or behaviour.
• 3.1.4 Keep comments relevant to the discussion topic.
• 3.1.5 Not knowingly post any misleading or inaccurate content.
• 3.1.6 Not post any offensive or explicit comments or content.
• 3.1.7 Not advertise, promote, or offer for sale any products or services unrelated to Swwwift Technologies Limited.
• 3.1.8 Not seek or offer any work or employment unless explicitly permitted.
• 3.1.9 Not submit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
• 3.1.10 Not resubmit the same or similar comments.
• 3.1.11 Not submit any personal information about you or any third party, e.g., home addresses or phone numbers.
• 3.1.12 Only post comments in English.
• 3.1.13 Not submit comments or content infringing any third-party intellectual property rights.
• 3.1.14 Not submit any content or engage in any behaviour that is harassing, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, or offensive to others regarding religion or belief, sex, race, or other personal characteristics.
• 3.1.15 Not submit any unlawful comments or content.
• 3.1.16 Not impersonate any person or entity.
• 3.1.17 Not spam or flood the forum. Keep the number of comments you submit on a topic at a reasonable level.

4. Unacceptable Use

4.1 As a condition of your use of the Community, you agree not to use the Community:

• 4.1.1 For any unlawful purpose under any applicable law.
• 4.1.2 To commit any act of fraud.
• 4.1.3 To distribute viruses or malware.
• 4.1.4 To promote unsolicited advertising or send spam.
• 4.1.5 To collect identity information or authentication credentials without consent.
• 4.1.6 In a way that disrupts the operation of our Community, website, or business.
• 4.1.7 To harm minors.
• 4.1.8 To promote unlawful activities.
• 4.1.9 To misrepresent or suggest endorsement by Swwwift Technologies Limited unless agreed in writing.
• 4.1.10 To gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or networks.
• 4.1.11 To attempt to circumvent authentication methods.

5. Interactive Services and Submissions

• 5.1 We may offer messaging forums or other communication services (Interactive Services) in the Community.
• 5.2 We are not obliged to monitor Submissions but may remove or edit content at our discretion.
• 5.3 By submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.

6. Submission Standards6.1 Submissions must be:

• 6.1.1 Original work and lawfully submitted.
• 6.1.2 Factually accurate or genuinely held beliefs.
• 6.1.3 Provided with necessary third-party consents.
• 6.1.4 Not defamatory, unlawful, offensive, or likely to cause embarrassment.

7. No Anti-Competitive Conduct7.1 You must not use the Community to exchange competitively sensitive information such as marketing strategies, prices, or costs.

8. Moderation

• 8.1 Community discussions may be moderated periodically.
• 8.2 We reserve the right to delete topics, remove content, suspend accounts, or report unlawful activity.

9. Third-Party Websites

• 9.1 Swwwift Technologies Limited is not responsible for third-party websites or content accessible through the Community.

10. Reliance on Information Posted10.1 Content posted in the Community is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

11. Intellectual Property

• 11.1 All intellectual property rights in the Community content belong to Swwwift Technologies Limited and its licensors.
• 11.2 Nothing grants you rights to our content except as necessary to access it.

12. Using Our Name and Logo
• 12.1 You may not use our trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written consent.

13. Our Liability

• 13.1 The Community is provided “as is.”
• 13.2 We exclude liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from reliance on content, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Fees

• 14.1 The fee to join the Swwwift.io community will be paid monthly and will be debited from your account using the Stripe payment Gateway.
• 14.2 The service provider is called Nas.io.
• 14.3 Swwwift may increase the fees at any given point, but a minimum of 30 days’ notice will be provided.

15. Cancelling Your Subscription

15.1 You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
15.2 Your access to all files, websites, and groups will be removed.

16. Returning to Swwwift

• 16.1 If you decide to return to the Community, you will need to reapply for a new subscription and join all the subsidiaries that form part of your Swwwift subscription.

17. WhatsApp Community Rules

• 17.1 By joining the WhatsApp community, you agree to the following rules:

• 17.1.1 No Spamming: Only post content that adds value to the discussion.
• 17.1.2 No Insults: Maintain respect for all members.
• 17.1.3 No Bullying: Allow open, inclusive discussion without exclusionary behaviour.
• 17.1.4 Express Yourself Sensibly: Use clear, well-structured language.
• 17.1.5 No Chain Letters: Avoid sending repetitive or irrelevant content.
• 17.1.6 Respect Privacy: Do not share images without consent.

18. Wrongdoing

• 18.1 Avoidance of Fees: Members found connecting with others to bypass Swwwift subscriptions will be banned from using Swwwift in the future.
• 18.2 Sharing of Codes: Sharing Swwwift Technologies Limited codes violates these terms and may result in legal action.

19. Negativity

• 19.1 Members are encouraged to maintain a positive environment.
• 19.2 Persistent negativity may result in removal from the community.

20. Admins’ decisions are final

• 20.1 Admins reserve the right to remove any members who are not aligned with the community’s values or terms.
